Refund policy

We want you to love your Bhutan puzzle. If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

As our puzzles are specialty handcrafted items, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

To request a refund, email us at hello@nanongp.com with your order number and description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
